Voice Recognition enables Inspection
Report Creator to receive audio input from your computer and translate it into text. This means that in addition
to typing comments or using auto comments, you can also add new comments by speaking into the microphone and the
software will recognize your voice and automatically type the words that you are saying.

Voice recognition is a powerful tool that enables you to add notes and narratives to your report without having
to type them as you go along. If you are entering data on-site, the program can transfer your spoken comments and
observations directly into the report so you don't have to type or write them. As always, you have complete control
of your comments and can edit mistakes or type additional comments.
Note: Voice Recognition in Inspection Report Creator is
driven by the Microsoft Speech Engine that is included with Windows XP. Training your computer speech engine through
your system's control panel greatly improves the computer's accuracy.
