Creator's clients have access to technical support via toll-free phone and email. Because the software is designed
in-house, we support the program and constantly add the features our customers ask for. If you have a problem,
we are there to solve it.

An example of this
commitment is the numerous client-requested features we have added including support for hand-held devices and
the ability to create multi-media reports that can be burned to CDs or uploaded to the Internet. We also added
voice recognition in response to several clients who asked us for a faster way to enter narrative data on the job
site.
There are no fees
for support
and this is extremely important. When you have a problem, we are there to find a solution fast at our expense,
not yours. Most other companies charge a monthly fee for technical support, or are extremely difficult to get answers
from because you are not speaking to people who can solve your problem. We know our products and are available
by email or toll free telephone any time!
