PHII's certification course meets all West Virginia requirements for home inspector education. The law states that effective August 1, 2006, all home inspectors must possess a certificate issued by the West Virgina Fire Marshal. To qualify
for certification, applicants must: 1) pass the National Home Inspector Exam or equivalent, 2) EITHER present proof of having conducted business as a home inspector for at least three years OR proof of satisfactory completion of at least eighty (80) hours of approved instruction, and 3) proof of general liability insurance.
PHII will give you a nationally recognized home inspector certification and the credentials you need to become a successful home inspector in West Virginia. PHII students have also had great success passing state and national exams, and you also receive FREE continuing education credits with your enrollment!
