PHII's certification course meets all education and trade practice requirements for Wisconsin. Inspectors must: 1) Register as a home inspector, 2) Pass the state examination on Statutes and Administrative rules, 3) Pass the National Home Inspector Examination, and 4) Complete 40 hours of continuing education for every 2-year renewal period.
