PHII's certification course is approved for all pre-license education requirements in Virginia. Virginia's voluntary certification law says that no home inspector may call him/herself a "certified home inspector" without 1) high school graduate or equivalent, 2) 70 hours of home inspector education and 50 inspections, 3) pass the National Home Inspectors Exam, NAHI or CRI exams, and 4) have at least $250,000 in General Liability insurance.
PHII's At Home Course will give you the knowledge to perform home inspections in Virginia. The PHII Classroom Course satisfies the Virginia Board of Asbestos, Lead and Home Inspectors Voluntary Certification requirement for training and will prepare you for NHIE or the NAHI CR exam. PHII students have had great success passing state and national exams, and you also receive FREE continuing education credits with your enrollment!
