The PHII Basic Home Inspection Course has been approved as a pre-license training course in New Hampshire. To be licensed as a home inspector in New Hampshire, you must meet the following requirements:
- Complete no less than 80 hours of board approved training
- Have successfully completed high school or its equivalent
- Pass the board-adopted examination
- be at least 18 years of age
- Pass a criminal background check
