PHII's certification course meets all North Dakota requirements for home inspectors including North Dakota regulations for trade practices and consumer protection. Inspectors must also submit proof of satisfactory completion of one of the following exams: ASHI Exam, NAHI Exam, NACHI Exam, National Home Inspector Exam (NHIE), or International Code Council (ICC). Inspectors must submit proof of current errors and omissions insurance coverage in an amount of one hundred thousand dollars or more covering all home inspection activities, plus pay a $200 registration fee.
