PHII's certification course is approved for pre-license education requirements in Kentucky. The law requires 1) high school or equivalent, 2) successfully completed 64 hours of a commission-approved training course, 3) passed the Kentucky state exam, 4) obtained general liability insurance.

Our home inspection course is approved by the State of Kentucky Home Inspector Licensing Program. PHII has been previously approved for the required 64 hours of home inspector education required under KRS 198B.700, and meets state requirements for home inspector training and certification.
