PHII's certification course is approved for all pre-license education requirements in Illinois. The law requires 60 Hours of Education, a proctored Final Exam, and a 10-hour live lab that PHII can provide. Inspectors must complete 12 hours of continuing education (6 hours per year) for each two-year renewal.
Note: As the industry grows, many states are enacting or changing legislation forcing training/testing for home inspectors. PHII students have had great success passing state and national exams, and you also receive FREE continuing education credits with your enrollment! Please check the website periodically for updates about current licensing laws or call toll free (800) 983-6322
