PHII's online certification course has been approved by the Florida DBPR in combination with 20 hours of additional lab training for a total of 142 hours. The total cost of the Florida certification course is $1290, which is about half the price that others charge. The distance training can be purchased now for $695, with the lab training in Florida purchased later. Call us for details.
Florida Statutes Chapter 468, Part XV requires: (1) 120 hours of approved course instruction that includes 20 hours of hands-on training; (2) Pass the National Home Inspector Examination (NHIE); and (3) $300,000 commerical general liability insurance.
