SD. PHII has helped thousands of people start successful home inspection careers across the country. PHII offers
the required 80-hour classroom course for Kansas inspectors. This 9-Day class is held in South Dakota only.
PHII's Kansas home inspector training course is designed to teach you what to inspect, how to inspect
it, and how to write a report. The course will give you the knowledge and hands-on experience necessary to become
a successful professional home inspector in Kansas.
PHII
does not provide training within the State of Kansas or to any student who will remain in Kansas while taking the
course. PHII does not actively solicit* Kansas students and is not approved by the Kansas Board of Regents to offer
post-secondary training to students within the State of Kansas.
*Active solicitation of Kansas students may
include (but is not limited to) trying to attract students to enroll in a course (who will remain in Kansas while
taking the course) by doing things like placing ads in Kansas papers or running ads on Kansas based TV or radio
stations, mailing Kansas residents written material, sending representatives into Kansas to attempt student recruitment,
or engaging in other means of solicitation that specifically contacts or targets Kansas residents in order to encourage
them to enroll in a private or out-of-state postsecondary school that is offering a certificate, diploma or degree.
