Pre-inspection Agreement

Home inspection has legal liability, which is why National Standards require a pre-inspection agreement prior to the inspection. We provide an excellent model that can be adapted to meet the guidelines of your particular state.

The template is 3 pages long and explains the scope of the inspection, limits of the inspection, general exclusions, terms and conditions, limit to liability, and an arbitration clause.
